I enjoyed my living in your appartments a lot. Tidy, nicely furnished, quiet... just a perfect location for a meeting in the convention center. The mattress made my jet-lagged nights a deep sleep. I will definitely try to return next year.

Wow, what a wonderful surprise!! Sometimes pictures don't tell the whole story, and in this case, they under estimate this property. This place is huge!! 2 bedrooms (at opposite ends of the unit), galley kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms and still room for a bowling alley. The best part is the massive top-floor terrace that provides all day sun. The penthouse comes fully equipped. It is relatively quiet, very safe and secure. All units are tastefully furnished in a contemporary but very comfortable style. The massive sectional couch pulls out for added sleeping space, dining provided for 10 (6 at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bistro). The bedrooms have ample closet space and the beds are new and very comfortable. The hike up the stairs (no elevator) is well worth the view of the boats docked along the intercoastal and action on Las Olas Blvd. The pool is very clean and heated. If the pool isn't your thing, help yourself to new beach chairs and umbrellas. Free laundry facilities allow you to travel light. The condo is a 15 minute walk to the ocean, and 10 minutes to the heart of Las Olas. A convenience store (7-11) is just around the corner. The owners take pride in this property and it really shows, someone is on site every day ensuring that nothing is amiss. The testament to any rental property is whether you would return. In our case..absolutely!!! Thanks Oleg & Andrij for making our family vacation a wonderful memory. See you again next year!

Brand new, clean, heated and clean pool, owner is working hard to further improve on small details. I would definately recommand to friends.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Price was reasonable and it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Fort Lauderdale and if I go again I would definitely stay at the same location.

Lauderdale beaches, only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping and less than 15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We actually saw manatees!!

By Brian Preston (Toronto, ON, Canada) This is an incredible property. The condo was larger than we expected, clean and bright with two large bedrooms. It was completely renovated and modern. The other tenants were very friendly, some having been there long term. The views are breathtaking of the intercoastal and the yachts. The pool was a perfect size, always clean and warm. There is free laundry facilities on site. The ease of booking and friendliness of the staff was a bonus. We would definitely stay here in the future and recommend the property to our friends and family. The location is close to the downtown core, the beach and major highways. This was an incredible find. We already have our name in for Christmas with other family members and waiting for an opening. Definitely recommend it to singles, couples and families as there is something for everyone.

By Marit and Paul (Oslo, Norway - that is far away) We stayed here for 3 weeks i june and july, and everything was as described on the internet and more. Location is perfect both for singles and familys. And the appartments are new and furnished beautyfully. The only negative thing is that there wewe missing many utilities in the appartment we rented. So we hope they would replace whats missing according to the list on internet. But we will definately stay here the next time we visit Florida And we also got to know som of the oter tennants and had a lovely and fun time with them.

By Rose Perrin (Atlanta) WOW! This place blew away my expectations! We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the ground floor right by the pool. The apartment was brand new,everything was well done,and the location was outstanding!We needed a couple of things like pillows and a broom, and the owner arranged for them to be delivered to us within 30 minutes!I would definately recommend this to anyone and I've already recommended it to some friends!

Very comfortable appartment and very nice setting by the heated pool. Free WIFI and access to washer dryer. We would go back in a minute. Easy going and accomodating owner

By frank setzman (phila. pa) this was a 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor of a courtyard type building with about 6 condos all together. the unit was attractively decorated and well supplied. the beach is 9/10s of a mile east and all the lass olas restaurants and about 1/2 mile east. there is a bus that costs a dollar to go either way. its close to a 95 exit if you're driving. cheryl the owner is very accomadating. thanks cheryl

We were in town for my graduation from school, and my family had plenty to do, whether it was walking to the shoppes of Las Olas, the beach or hanging out at the beautiful pool. We were amazed with the amenities, full service kitchen, and friendliness of the staff and other renters/tenants staying on the property. We were always stocked with towels and other necessities. We do not have any complaints!

The staff and owners went out of their way to cater to our needs and to make us as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach and to the shops and restaurats on Las Olas Blvd. My only suggestion to the owners would be to ensure that the elevator is always properly running. Otherwise we would highly recommend this property!

By Jeanette McVicker (Ada, OH) Very clean, everything was new - we may have been the first group in our apartment. Pull-out couch was actually comfortable, no bar poking me in the back. Loved the palm filled open atrium and being able to look out of the kitchen window at it and the sparkling pool. We are already planning to book again for next year - all we need are the dates! Good location and Yury is a nice guy to work with.

This place was within walking distance of the best beach and the best shopping restaurants and entertainment (music) in the state. I have been coming to Florida for over 35 years and this is one of the best places I have stayed. The owner "Yury" and Audra (rental agent) did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and as nice as possible. The condos are modern, well appointed and brand new. The price was very reasonable for what we received. I would say with all things considered (location and appointments) this condo was a exceptionally good deal. Just one thing to consider: The pool was not heated when we stayed in March 08, although they plan to add a heater.

By Terence (Cayman Islands) This was an excellent place to stay! it was very close to the beach and clean. The space was amazing but the A/C was difficult to operate at times and the internet was difficult to logon. Overall it was a Great Place to stay. I will definitely stay again.
